This 120-bed, 127,942 sq. ft. facility will be designed with a focus on Person-Centered Care The project is a collaboration between Anchor, the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and Public Facilities Group through a public-private partnership. The new facility will feature private and semi-private rooms, therapeutic spaces, and sustainable infrastructure, including a Net Zero Capable design and LEED Silver certification.
