You’ll need Prompt Builder to construct prompts grounded in your data to be used by an agent. You’ll need to know how and when to pull information through Data Cloud to give your LLM all the necessary info to provide the best results. You’ll need to know where prompts can be used throughout the platform and what setup needs to be completed to make it all work. You’ll need to know how to setup Agentforce to use AI internally using TIA in either a generalized Copilot or purpose driven Agent. Then you’ll need to know how to expose an agent externally as a bot available for customer experiences. The focused hands-on class instruction provided by Salesforce will save hours of wasted time getting distracted on Trailhead, getting discouraged on self-led platforms, and getting behind waiting for someone internal to provide the training. Salesforce continues to push boundaries with AI-driven innovations like Agentforce and new tools for industry-specific solutions. Salesforce’s ambitious leap into autonomous enterprise AI. Unlike traditional AI assistants or chatbots, Agentforce promises genuine autonomous reasoning and decision-making capabilities. Powered by the Data Cloud and the Atlas Reasoning Engine, these AI agents are designed to independently retrieve data, navigate complex tasks, and execute decisions across sales, service, and marketing functions. Marc Benioff, Salesforce’s Chairman and CEO, presented Agentforce as “the future of AI in the workplace,” emphasizing its potential to enhance scale, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by enabling seamless collaboration between humans and AI.
