A common misconception is that you should hire a specialist over a general contractor. In reality, working with the right general contractor may be a better option. With enough experience, a great general contractor becomes an expert in multiple areas. It’s also more common for general contractors to have back office staff, project managers, and site supervisors. They can also provide warranties on projects within timeframe and budget. A relationship with a good contractor is much more valuable because they could be a one stop shop without making sacrifices on quality, price, or service! If you are wondering whether or not you should hire a general contractor or a specialist, give us a call! 📞☎️🚧⚙️🦺 #construction #constructionlife #constructionmanagement #generalcontractor #specialist #regalrestoration #regal
