Lack of care at the urgent care? We had an employee visit one with a mild contusion diagnosis. He was prescribed a full day off work, NSAID injection, muscle relaxers, 800mg ibuprofen. I’ve seen my toddler shake off worse injuries with little conservative treatment.

1dOk... In all fairness... I worked in MA for years and then VT for 3. When I worked in MA we had excellent Occ Health Clinics. WNY has bad options. I actually called Rochester regional about sending injuries to them... they said by appointment only... and were booking at least a week out, and that everyone should go through Urgent Care... I said... that sort of defeats the purpose of Occ health at that point...
