Today, I'm highlighting three crucial skills every microbiologist should master: 1. Sterile Technique & Laboratory Safety Preventing contamination, protecting yourself, and ensuring accurate results require: - Mastery of aseptic techniques - Understanding of biosafety regulations - Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and disposal 2. Communication Skills Effective communication is key to: - Writing technical reports and scientific papers - Presenting data clearly to scientific and non-scientific audiences 3.Time Management & Organizational Skills Thriving in microbiology requires: - Managing multiple tasks and projects - Maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines I'm committed to developing these skills daily, ensuring precision, accuracy, and innovation in my work. I’m open to any microbiologist position where I can leverage my skills #MicrobiologyAndFoodScience #Day12Of20 #EssentialSkills #MicrobiologistLife

We are really well-coordinated work team. 🤝 But when it comes to photographs… 📸 …not so much. 😶 Luckily, the Easter Bunny does not judge our photogenicity. 🐰 We ate a lot. 🍽️ We laughed a lot. 😂 We decorated our office. 🎨 We practiced our geography skills. 🌍 And meanwhile, we kept laughing a lot. 😆 With a positive attitude, everything gets easier.💪 And we try to keep this mindset even for our work projects. 💼 Take your PV to the #NextLevel! 🚀 #Pharmacovigilance #PatientSafety #AdverseEventReporting #HealthcareInnovation

A General & Personal View (not related to any specific person, place or company) but I need the polls of other experts & viewers: (Maybe wrong for other think tanks). In five years of practical experience after graduation, I've been consistently studying the job market stats. And everytime, it comes in my understanding that the career competition & job market's saturation have been grows exponentially, specifically against those who are the nationals of low income & Muslim countries. Still there is a captive score of nepotism, micromanagement, ethnic preferences, racism, gender discrimination and much more. Although, many of the positive people contributed towards the career development in every possible positive & growing ways. But negatives are negative. They'll do all their best what they actually plan for. BR MUHAMMAD ASIM DHA License Medical Lab Technologist (Medical Microbiologist Speciality) Allied Healthcare Professional
