ROLE SUMMARY: The Beyond Beer / High End Manager is the local market owner of field execution as the key connector of our field programs to our wholesaler partners. This position will report to the Senior Commercial Director and will oversee Beyond Beer / High End brands execution at the local level. This manager will work directly with wholesale partners for market specific objectives including increasing sales execution within accounts through our field sales programs and driving trial with our consumers. In addition, this position will be accountable for managing an assigned geographic region through the effective planning, organizing, directing and execution of sales and marketing plans through the company distributor network and field initiatives. They should spend 3-4 days in the market per week with their respective teams/wholesalers driving our key initiatives with 1 planning day in a home office. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds relationship with Wholesaler Management and Region teams Leverages the AOE Program within their assigned territory for Beyond Beer and High End brands Manages High End Elite Club, if applicable, in their assigned territory Executes EDGE, IRIS and BEES as key enabler programs for Beyond Beer and High End brand execution Leverages local incentives and local programming initiatives to drive execution Identifies market opportunities

Due to some recent changes at Strong Roots I am looking for new opportunities to best deploy my skills as a Sr./Director of Sales. Leveraged a robust shopper budget to launch algorithm-developed PB Milk & PB Burger into over 8000 doors Nationally. 🥛 Oatly (Director of Sales, East)- US Retail Salesperson #3, managed the entire East from the earliest days and helped build the rocket-ship as it was taking off - what a journey! Encountered a new set of challenges, not having enough product to sell, and successfully made it through an IPO for the first time in my career. 🍅 Sir Kensington's (National Sales Manager) - Where I truly learned what culture could be when done right. With the support of Unilever, in a National sales capacity, sold our condiment and dressing portfolio with resounding success. Still the only condiment you’ll find in our household. 🌱 KeVita (Regional Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic & Southeast) - Climbing up the ladder and finding my first mentor within the industry. Another powerhouse brand on an accelerated path to acquisition, when we handed things over to PepsiCo, it felt like a job well done, there wasn’t a pocket of distribution throughout the entire country we hadn’t developed. 🥥 ZICO Rising (Market Sales Manager, Mid-Atlantic) - Where it all started and when I fell in love with this industry.
