Why should you hire a professional auto detailer? Why do you hire a plumber? Or electrician? Or a roofer? Because they’re professionals at what they do and will ensure that the job is done properly and correctly the first time. Auto detailing is no different.

My favorite part about going from the power tool industry to the rental equipment industry: becoming certified and/or trained to operate the equipment myself. 👷🏻♀️🚜🦺🇺🇸 Being able to operate a backhoe, dozer, forklift, telehandler, scissor lift, and more, are things I never thought I’d not only learn to do…but also ENJOY. Shout out to the Sacramento Branch Manager, Yard Crew, Mechanics, Parts Manager, and Service Manager for helping me get up to speed. I feel even more empowered and ready for action than I did before. Here’s to more challenges, learning curves, and accomplishments coming my way. PS: Don’t ya’ll worry; I was safely parked, seatbelt on, backhoe turned off, AND PPE on deck, before using my phone to take a photo with the equipment! #SafetyFirst 😜 #WomenInConstruction #ForkLiftCertified #TelehandlerCertified #Construction #California #RentalEquipment #Safety #Challenges #NewBeginnings #PPE #Safety #CareerMove #Excited #JobOpportunity #NextChapter #CareerSuccess #ProfessionalDevelopment #PersonalGrowth #CareerGoals #EarthMovingEquipment #DirtyHandsCleanMoney

🔧 The Power of Cleanliness and Organization in the Field 🔧 As a field mechanic, my “shop” is wherever the job takes me—whether it’s a construction site, a farm, or a warehouse. In this line of work, being clean and organized isn’t just helpful; it’s essential for getting the job done right and on time. Here’s why: ✅ Efficiency: When you’re working in the field, there’s no time to waste digging through a cluttered truck. A well-organized setup ensures I always know where my tools and parts are, even in the toughest conditions. ✅ Precision: Working outdoors brings challenges like dirt, dust, and grime. Keeping my workspace clean—no matter how temporary it is—helps me avoid contamination and ensures quality repairs every time. ✅ Professionalism: Customers notice when you show up prepared and work with care, even in less-than-ideal environments. Being organized and tidy reflects the pride I take in my repairs. Being a field mechanic means adapting to new challenges daily, but good habits like cleaning as I go, keeping tools in designated spots, and maintaining order makes all the difference. They ensure I can deliver high quality results, no matter where I’m working. To my fellow field mechanics: what are your tips for staying clean and organized in the field? I’d love to hear how you manage it on the go! #FieldMechanic #EfficiencyMatters #QualityRepairs
