Price band- ₹88-93 per share Issue size-120 Cr (Fresh issue) + 600 Cr (OFS) Latest GMP- ₹30.5 as on 14th June Subscription- 17x (over subscribed) What is Ixigo? Ixigo is a leading travel platform in India, has shown remarkable growth and resilience amidst challenging times. They have an innovative approach towards simplifying travel planning , providing with cheap affordable flights and hotels. In simple words making traveler’s life easier. Here is my analysis for the same (FUNDAMENTAL) REVENUE TREND- The revenue increased from ₹379.58 Cr in March 2022 to ₹501.25 Cr in March 2023. YOY growth of 30% (approximately) PROFITABILITY- In march 2022 Ixigo booked a loss of ₹21 Cr and in march 2023 they booked an immense profit of ₹23 Cr which will be a big assurance for the investors. FINANCIAL POSITION- Total assets have increased, which shows potential in the business to grow in future. Overall, in my opinion Ixigo’s IPO is going to be a hit. Edenred has just posted total revenue of €1.395 million for the first half of 2024, up 18.5%. This excellent performance reflects the success of our ‘Beyond Fuel’ strategy.   This robust growth reflects the ongoing success of the energy cards for companies of all sizes as well as the Beyond Fuel strategy, underpinned by the attractiveness of maintenance, toll and financial services solutions for fleet managers.   The roll out of the Beyond Fuel strategy is also experiencing growing success in Mexico and Europe, particularly in Germany, where toll solutions are benefiting from new regulations incorporating a tax based on CO2 emissions in the calculation of toll tariffs.   The first half of 2024, was marked by the signing and closing of the acquisition of Spirii, a European SaaS platform for electric vehicle charging, whose offering has already been rolled out in France and Germany.
