Countries like India boast of a young workforce, yet their representation in leadership boards remain staggeringly low. By bringing together a global community of digital health professionals, YOD serves as a platform to convene cross learning, collaboration, community engagement and capacity building to empower the leaders of tomorrow. Yours was launched in July of 2023 with the mission to provide young digital health professionals under 35 with increased representation, knowledge and networks, enabling them to be well informed, innovative and responsible digital health leaders. It has been one year since our launch and this is what the community has been up to. Your Dad has grown into a 700 plus volunteer LED global community of young digital healthcare professionals spread across 20 plus countries, 70 plus Indian cities with over 51% of the member base identifying as women. Yode is an inclusive global community with members from diverse organizations and from different roles and career stages. I'm a Yoda because I want to make healthcare simpler, easier and affordable using technology. I am a Yoda because Youth for Digital Health is the future for India. Comma Yoda because I believe that through digital health we have the power to revolutionize healthcare and offer consumer care. Through the touch of a button, we can finally increase access and bringing in intersectionality is the most important aspect of that. Youth offers seven different initiatives to the community. The YOD Ambassador Program identifies and nurtures young leaders passionate about digital health with skills to advocate for and implement innovative solutions. YOD Ada and Yode Charcha provide platforms for collaborative discussions among healthcare professionals, policymakers, and technologists to address challenges and explore opportunities in digital health adoption. Your dialogue are one to one conversations with leaders and experts in digital health, Your discovery, our visits to centers of innovation to familiarize members with the development of digital health solutions, and finally, Yode fess are a series of offline gatherings for knowledge sharing, networking, collaborating and leadership building. Attending yoga events bring in so much positivity where we feel together we can achieve bigger and better things than working inside of. Yours really has come a long way and has helped the Indian ecos digital health ecosystem really break with silos and to make a career industry health or doing anything industrial health more accessible to young people who creation is at the heart of the community. Most of our offerings are curated in consultations with our Co committee members are an ambassadors to make it a very democratic and informed process and this also imparts great sense of ownership back to the community youth. Is more than just a network, it's a movement. A movement that makes our voices heard, gives you a leadership platform and the representation that you deserve. Our vision for this community is to showcase the power of communities of practice and make your a self-sustaining go to platform for all things related to digital health. The future of youth is limitless. We are.
