We hear daily that the suburban office market isn't doing nearly as badly as downtown Denver, but none of the buildings in the video are in the CBD. They are all "older" product, though 10350 Park Meadows was built in 2001. We're helping clients explore options to add value to their office product, whether that be adaptive reuse converting to resi, or adding community fee-based amenities, like active wellness concepts.
