I love being a guest on podcasts. And it’s cool that I get to be a guest on the same shows as guys like Ryan Serhant. When it comes to listening, my top 3 right now are: - Modern Wisdom - Huberman Lab - Candace Owens (I debated putting Candace but decided to be honest 😅) What podcast are you listening to right now? #video #linkedinvideo

Do I love estate agency…? Absolutely not… Does property float my boat...? No… So why do it? Why record these podcasts? Why record videos telling homeowners, serious buyers and agents who want to progress…? Because I want them to know there is a choice between agents that say things that sound nice and agents who deliver results… And by the way, it’s of no concern to me if a seller chooses a charlatan over me… It’s still their choice in who they chose to represent them. I’m only interested in protecting people. Most don’t want to make mistakes. Meaning they chose things that sound nice. If you’ve never understood why, it’s a cognitive bias called the Anchoring Effect… Thank me later 👋 The good news is, agency is changing and more and more agents are coming out the shadows to show sellers how to truly maximise their homes when selling whilst having having a massive duty of care to buyers… And Chris’s book if you haven’t already got a copy is packed with actionable content that shows you the way if you’ve got lost… Equally, if you’re smashing it, he’s book is the ultimate refresher… Thank you for having me in the pod Chris Webb
Our Longest Episode Ever… 🎙️ …When you’ve got John Savage on your podcast, you make the most of it! This week’s podcast guest is the one and only, Mr John Savage. I’m a big fan of John’s no-nonsense, no BS approach to estate agency, and he really tells it like it is – which I absolutely love. 🔥 If you want to listen to John in full flow, this week’s podcast is now LIVE! 🎧 P.S. I did have to press the ‘explicit content’ button for this episode! 😅

“I know what you did” is a type of leading phrase that cuts right through to your hidden guilt and fear. It gives the accuser enormous power, even if they know nothing about you or about what you may have done. It moves people more than facts do, because it is based in emotion and fear. Learn more on my CoolTimeLife podcast, “I Know What You Did.” Search for it at cooltimelife.com, or wherever you get your podcasts.
