How are we a year old already? 🎉 The Partnership Collective officially started work on 11th September 2023 and what a year it has been! We have loved shaping our business and having the opportunity to focus on our passion and belief in driving transformative change for vulnerable communities by working through business models and social impact organisations.   From our conversations and work in year one, it feels like we're in the right place. One of the few best takeaways from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship conference, particularly from this workshop is “be authentic!” It doesn’t matter how the environment pushes you or how others stress you; just be authentic and have your own goal. And it doesn’t apply only to ESG reporting for me; authenticity is what makes an individual, a company, a relationship, a friendship, or anything else special.
