Need someone who can think outside the box. There are datalakes, and other things, looking for a log data engineer, how to take a disparate system of logs, and get them information from a certain application, how often someone is going to look at a log, is security elated where folks are looking at ti all the time, is it a storage type role. Need someone to come in and figure out where to store the data, how often the data is looked at, approach on how to store the data and see how often groups are able to access the logs #Splunk is nice to have, someone who has industry knowledge. #Python knowledge to come in and help with that information. Different skill sets from what they have been seeing.
