At Metvy, we took Diwali virtual this year! Even though most of our team works remotely, we weren't going to let that stop us from celebrating together. So we did the next best thing: threw a big virtual Diwali bash! From a rangoli-making competition (who knew you could get that creative on a screen?!) to quizzes that got everyone’s brains buzzing, we had it all. The best part? Everyone got a chance to unwind, share laughs, and even showcase some serious dance moves and singing skills. Shawrya Mehrotra and I got to interact with everyone, sharing stories and festive vibes. Celebrating remotely might be different, but it definitely doesn’t have to feel distant. So, a reminder to all remote teams out there: don't let distance dampen your spirit.
