2024/10/21 🎯 Yesterday (2024/10/20) post was about a “come back” of a compulsory sale application site to our team in another way (through a real estate corproate transaction). 🎯 That’s an interesting M&A real estate matter with, at the same time, require some in-depth analysis on building law (e.g. development potential, plot ratio, site coverage) and issues on right of way/ adverse possession. 🎯 Another “come back” deal is a mega scale land exchange cum joint venture. The matter was originally handled by me in “somewhere out there”, but was halted a few years ago for many “force majeure” reasons. 🎯 The matter eventually “came back” to us, not only continue to work on the original land exchange work, but also quite some additional work on real estate joint venture issues, land resumption compensation, etc., the scale of which is larger than before. The transaction completed smoothly recently~
