An Office Provider is hiring for a Central Sales Exec Here’s 7 reasons I wouldn't apply ⬇️ (And probably why very few have) → No mention of salary → No mention of comms/OTE → No mention of working hours → No mention of if it’s 5-days in the office → No mention of what the benefits include → No mention of where the role is based (just London) → They want 3 yrs experience for what is an entry level role If I was reading this I would be thinking: 1) I have 2.5 yrs experience so I shouldn’t apply 2) Do I need to be office based Mon - Fri? 3) Is there opportunities for progression? 4) What benefits / perks do you offer? 5) What’s the salary and rough OTE? 6) Where is the role actually based? 7) Is there any training involved?
