The main challenge was penetrating the B2B market, where scheduling tools are seen as essential infrastructure rather than optional conveniences. The team needed to develop a fast, secure solution that would integrate with existing business systems, particularly Microsoft 365, within tight timelines. 🎯 Product highlights and results Zuzan offers a flexible platform that supports automated scheduling, invitations, reminders, and meeting recordings, integrating tools like Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration. With up to 60 hours saved per month on scheduling, the product has secured $350K in funding, achieved 60K subscriptions, and manages 6K events monthly. The solution effectively entered the B2B market, providing a powerful scheduling tool that enhances efficiency while accommodating corporate security needs.
