As Visionaries, we are never done growing. There is always another level to reach and another way to make a bigger impact. Raising the bar is not about perfection but about making progress and inspiring others to do the same. So, I challenge you to ask yourself, "What is one area I can push myself a little harder in?" When you raise the bar, you show others what is possible.
Growth isn’t about giant leaps—it’s about consistently stretching just beyond your comfort zone. That one small push, repeated over time, is what leads to real transformation. Raising the bar for yourself doesn’t just elevate your own game—it sets an example for everyone watching. Progress inspires progress.
Mark, great question. Progress, I believe sometimes gets associated with what more can someone do. As I reflect on 2024, doing less and deciding what to say no to has made me a better husband, father and EOS Implementer. I continue to push myself at making progress in being present with less noise between the ears. Simplifying my life is how I’m raising my bar which in turn helps me make a greater impact.
I agree Mark O'Donnell. Growth is the only constant in the life of a visionary. Every step forward inspires others to follow.
