This is a great result at the intersection of two of my favorite practice areas: the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law and the Real Property Tax Law. The court reviewed evidence of noncompliance with the Not-for-Profit Corporation Law in determining eligibility for a real property tax exemption and correctly declined to create a tax loophole.

That and always test for empty and null strings. From the article: "'An inadvertent misconfiguration' during a setup left a data field blank, which then triggered the system to automatically delete the account." #errortesting
