Real estate agents can literally make or save their clients thousands by being aware of little known seller financing strategies. Instead of asking for price reduction after price reduction, or letting your listing get stale or expire unsold... Learn to help your clients explore other options. If you have sellers that accept an owner financing offer, let them know that they will end up with a note worth selling... if put together properly. Or... I guess you can let them be blind-sided down the road with a low offer? It's such a disservice when new note holders only find out about the market for buying and selling notes after they start receiving letters and postcards in the mail. By then it's too late. The value of the note cannot be changed, and that often costs them tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ouch. #sellerfinancing #realestate #noteinvesting
