🌟🤖 Exciting times ahead for the Business Travel Industry! 🤖🌟 I’m thrilled to see ATPI Group's commitment to leveraging AI to enhance both internal processes and customer-facing platforms. AI is revolutionising the travel management industry by streamlining operations, eliminating tedious manual tasks through automation, as well as creating efficiencies. It enhances customer experiences, optimises revenue management and sourcing activities, and improves travel security. AI will enable more personalised services, and in all likelihood will allow us to safely access travel content typically outside of our program, bringing it into a controlled environment managed by AI.
