The holiday season is here—a time to gather with loved ones, reflect on the year, and make memories that truly matter. But here’s a thought: why do we let this connection, this sense of meaning, get squeezed into just a few precious days at the end of the year? For me, the holidays are a reminder of the life I want to build—a life where every day holds that same sense of purpose and joy. I want to be so present, so intentional, that if I ever missed a holiday with my wife or kids, it wouldn’t feel like a loss. Because we’ve already made every one of the other 364 days just as meaningful. That’s the heart of why I got into commercial real estate. It’s not just about financial freedom; it’s about creating the kind of life where I’m free to show up fully for the people who matter most. This holiday season, I hope you’ll pause to reflect not just on what you’ve built, but on why you’re building it. Don’t settle for a life we need a holiday to escape from—let’s create a life we can celebrate every single day. Here’s to building wealth, creating memories, and living with intention. Merry Christmas.

This is the most important gift you’ll give or receive this Christmas… It’s not something you wrap. It’s not something you eat or drink. In fact, it’s not something you can touch. It’s time. Spending time with your most important people is what the holidays are all about. Give everyone in your life—the young and the old—your time and attention, and they’ll be forever grateful. It’s also a moment to be grateful for the time you’ve had, even as you dream about the better times to come. So as you finish your last minute preparations, as you worry about getting the right gifts, or what time you’ll need to turn the oven on, take a moment to remember what matters most… Your time together. And while you’re doing that, it’s time to check out our re-released holiday video to get you in the festive mood. Happy holidays to you and all your loved ones ❤️ FINCI #TimeWellSpent #TimeTogether #HappyHolidays #ChristmasSpirit #Xmasad #FestiveSeason #HolidayCheer #Christmas2024

✈️ Before the holiday begins... ✈️ As the year draws to a close and the holiday season 🎴 approaches, I wanted to take a moment to connect with you personally. This time of year is always special—a chance to reflect on the journey we’ve had, celebrate ✌ the wins, and prepare for what’s ahead. Recently, I had the privilege of helping one of my clients navigate a critical illness claim. It was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do—to ensure that, even in life’s most challenging moments, there’s security and support in place. Seeing how their planning made such a difference reinforced the importance of regularly reviewing and fine-tuning our financial strategies. Before the holiday festivities begin, let’s take some time to revisit your portfolio. We can ensure it aligns with your current goals, whether it’s securing your future, planning for a milestone, or simply having the peace of mind that you’re covered no matter what. Think of it as giving yourself a 🎁 gift—a stronger foundation and clarity for the year ahead. I’m here to help, and I’d love to schedule some time to ensure everything is in place before you enjoy the well-deserved holiday cheer. #festives #reflection #alignment #holiday #peaceofmind #financialplanning

“Happy holidays” means so many things to so many people, but for most, the holiday season has a way of bringing loved ones together. Across cultures and traditions, this time of year is marked by shared themes that connect us all: Light: From candles to twinkling decorations, light symbolizes hope, warmth and renewal during the darkest days of the year. Gathering: Whether with family, friends or community, holidays remind us to come together, share meals and create memories. Giving: Acts of generosity—big or small—are at the heart of every celebration, spreading kindness and joy to those around us. Reflection: As the year comes to a close, many of us take a moment to reflect on the past and look forward to what’s ahead. These universal traditions remind us that the holiday season is about connection and gratitude. However you celebrate, may your season be filled with joy. From all of us at #CTS, we wish you the happiest of holidays and a bright new year ahead.

Let’s talk about splitting holiday expenses. Why should one person pay for all the fun? The holidays are meant to be a time of joy and togetherness, but sometimes, one person ends up footing the entire bill—meals, gifts, decorations, travel, and more. Here’s how share the load and enjoy the season without the financial stress: 1️⃣ Set Clear Expectations ↳ From the start, talk about the costs involved and agree on how everyone will contribute. 2️⃣ Divide the Expenses ↳ Split the cost of meals, decorations, and gifts evenly or based on who can contribute what. 3️⃣ Use a Group Fund ↳ Set up a shared fund for joint expenses. Each person contributes a fixed amount, and you all decide how it’s spent. 4️⃣ Make it Fun and Fair ↳ The holidays should feel like a celebration, not a burden. Everyone should feel included and responsible. The key takeaway: The holidays are for everyone, so why should one person carry the entire financial weight? Let’s split the expenses and enjoy the festivities together. Alfred Mathu, The Financial Doctor. #makingyoufinanciallyhealthy
