Systems groom us in disembodiment & cause soul loss. The sterile hospital of our birth, the school & university where we are educated & then our workplace - they're predominantly survival energy (fight/flight) driven & spiritless environments, where our bodies are 'disciplined', 'coerced' & 'measured' & we are told what to think & do, plus how to behave, speak, act. Soon the stress of our culture, the media & the overarching body phobic, fear based attitudes of mainstream religion mean we collapse into freeze & fawn, spiritless, terrified, & now numb to the screaming objections of our bodies. We exist zombified, no longer connected to soul - our wordless, creative, life essence - which is only able to express through our bodies - movement, emotions, imagination, sensations & so we are lifeless. Soulless, lifeless & spiritless bodies are controllable, codependent & do bidding of the groomer. And that is why our spiritual needs & embodied human needs are inextricably linked. Strengthen Lungs and Improve Lung Health https://lnkd.in/gYNwX_fA Lungs are among the most important yet most neglected parts or organs of our bodies. Additionally, with all the pollution, esp in cities and our bad lifestyles lung health is even worse. Good lung health is essential for overall well-being. Yet, most pay little to no attention to their lungs or breath. While one can go days without food or water, try going without breath for even a few minutes...chances are you won't live to tell the tale. Yet, yogis and some others can slow or even stop their breathing for longish periods of time. Training and relatively better lung health play a central role in this. Think of lungs as balloons that are very elastic and can expand or contract easily without losing their elasticity... However, if you wrap your fingers around a balloon, it will hinder the balloon from expanding fully as it will reduce its elasticity. Similarly, any stress in the body can reduce the elasticity of lungs and keep them from expanding more fully. That means, one's lungs are not functioning optimally. When one is stressed or tensed, it immediately affects the diaphragm, a large muscle below the lungs whose movement helps the lungs to inflate and deflate. Remember, the lungs have no muscles of their own to help it expand or contract. Learning to stay relaxed is a powerful way to help improve lung capacity and function . Other things to help with lung health: Don't smoke (or give it up if you do); Avoid too much air pollution; Exercise regularly - aerobic exercises like walking, running, swimming, aerobics etc are good; Maintain a good diet with lots of fruit, vegetables and fiber; Avoid stress. HTN is an important predictor of Longevity and HealthSpan. Anyone that talks about Longevity, and doesn’t use clinically validated ABPMs to diagnose it, is not a Longevity Expert. If we can manage BP perfectly, its been proven to extend someone’s life by 5-8 years. Alberta is the ONLY province in Canada that pays for 24 Hr ABPM screening, and it happened due to many Internal Medicine Colleagues. Its still underused test, and many Family Doctors run away from ordering it. CardiAI.Inc developed AI powered reporting system that provides further insights, and BioAro Inc. Commited resources to achieve World Record Attempt of doing 100,000 24 Hr ABPM tests to screen for HTN and Obesity in Canadians that live in Alberta.
