Jannik Krohn joined the Indaver International Graduate Programme (IIGP) after his bachelor’s and master’s theses on Indaver’s activities in Hamburg. The IIGP was a natural next step, offering him the chance to explore the company’s global reach. Extending his time with Indaver through the IIGP has exceeded Jannik’s expectations. “I was somewhat isolated at the Hamburg site, unaware of what was happening elsewhere. The Programme’s rotation system changed that. I now understand the bigger picture and common goals better, and I’m eager to apply what I’ve learned back at Hamburg.” The international aspect of the Programme has been a game-changer. “I’m gaining insights into thermal, mechanical, and chemical waste treatment. Indaver’s extensive network always finds a place that suits your interests. It’s enriching to travel to Belgium or Ireland, sharing knowledge across sites.
