🎇 Happy 4th of July Weekend! 🎇 As we kicked off the holiday weekend yesterday, it's a great time to reflect on the values of freedom, independence, and community that define our nation. For those of us in sales, these principles can also be a guiding force in our professional lives. Here are a few tips to keep in mind as you enjoy the celebrations: 1️⃣ Embrace Independence: Use this time to think about how you can innovate and take ownership of your sales strategies. Independence in thought and action often leads to the most creative solutions. 2️⃣ Celebrate Your Wins: Just like we celebrate our country's achievements, take a moment to acknowledge your own victories, big or small. Recognition fuels motivation and drives future success. 3️⃣ Strengthen Relationships: Holidays are a perfect time to reconnect with clients and colleagues. A simple message or call can reinforce bonds and show your genuine appreciation for their support. 4️⃣ Recharge and Reflect: Use the long weekend to recharge your batteries. A well-rested mind is crucial for approaching the second half of the year with renewed energy and focus. 5️⃣ Plan Ahead: While enjoying the festivities, spare a thought for your upcoming goals. A little bit of planning now can set you up for a stellar performance in Q3 and Q4. I hope everyone had a safe, joyous, and inspiring 4th of July! Let's continue to strive for greatness and freedom in all we do. #IndependenceDay #SalesTips #ClientAppreciation #CelebrateSuccess #RechargeAndReflect

✨ Happy Holidays, dear friends! ✨ Every December, I come back to one of my favorite traditions: working on a Christmas puzzle. It’s more than just a fun activity – it’s a quiet reminder of life’s journey. The picture on the box gives us a clear vision of what’s possible, but the real work happens piece by piece. Some moments are effortless, others take a little more patience, but eventually, it all starts to come together. What I love most is that the beauty isn’t just in finishing the puzzle. It’s in the process – the small wins when pieces fit, the lessons in slowing down when they don’t, and the joy of being present in the moment. Life works the same way, and it’s in those little in-between moments that the magic often happens. This holiday season, I hope you can pause and enjoy those small joys – the quiet of a snowy morning, a shared laugh with someone you love, or even just a moment to yourself. Each one is a piece of your bigger picture. If you’re ready to start dreaming and planning for 2025, I’ll be hosting a Manifestation Blueprint workshop on December 28th. Together, we’ll map out your vision for the year, piece by piece, with purpose and clarity. Until then, I wish you Peace, Joy, and Love this holiday season – one piece at a time. 🌟 #HolidayMagic #ManifestYourYear #SimpleJoys #PeaceAndLove #ManifestationBlueprint #MindfulLiving #GratefulHeart #NewYearNewVision #HappyHolidays #welmastudio

🎄✨ Christmas is just around the corner ... ... a time often filled with hustle and stress. We chase after the perfect gifts, plan the perfect meals, and decorate our homes to perfection. For me, this season is a reminder to take intentional time – for myself, for my loved ones, and for those who may not be as fortunate. It’s about cherishing the moments, appreciating togetherness, and taking care of ourselves 🌟. I love using this time to reflect: What has happened this year? What beautiful moments have I experienced – both at work and in my private life? Often, the year rushes by so quickly that we lose sight of the incredible things we should be proud of ✨. I look forward to taking this time for myself – to reflect, and think about where my journey will take me in the coming year. However you choose to spend the upcoming holiday season, I wish you a peaceful and fulfilling time 💖. Wishing you a wonderful end of the year and a great start to the new one! Happy Holidays! P.S.: A personal highlight for me was the small CX video (it contains our CX logo) from our internal SEEBURGER Advent calendar. When I saw the finished video, it really made me very happy 💕. A big thank you to Kai Förderer for this beautiful video – a seemingly small thing that meant so much to me. 😊 🆘 Please take note of the following🆘 This season can be especially difficult for many. There are people who feel very lonely or are struggling during this time of year. If you or someone you know feels this way, please don’t hesitate to reach out for help. There are people and organizations ready to listen and support you. Keep Your Eye on the Prize During times of celebration, our expectations - especially of ourselves - can become unrealistic. We often expect everything and everyone to be perfect, leaving no room for reality. The solution is simple: focus on what truly matters to you. Maybe it's capturing that rare family photo. Maybe it's simply having everyone together. When things go wrong, take it in stride. Perfect moments aren't realistic - and they're rarely what we remember anyway. Keep your eye on your prize and let everything else be what it is: perfectly imperfect. Happy Holidays! Dr. Beth ❤️

There's a reason we call it a "birds eye view" or "10,000 foot view." It's because when zooming way out, we see so much more. The thing is, when we are in the mix of things, we don't get this perspective at all. Just think about the last time you were lost in a city. There were so many ways to go, big buildings all around you, and probably most every street looked the same. Then, when you looked at the map on your phone.... ....which, in effect, is this birds-eye view you can hold in your hand.... ....and it showed you exactly where to go.... ...everything was fine. When it comes to everyday life, when we're in the mix of things... ...it can be like getting lost in the city. And when we take time away from the grind... ...then we get the overview we need to make sure our leadership... ...and our life... ...is going in the right direction. Take some time over the holidays to do this for yourself. Just go and sit and contemplate. Maybe draw a picture. Or journal. And get some perspective on your own journey. Where have you been this last year? Where do you WANT to go next year? And what's going to get you there? Speaking of stepping back and reflecting... ...this is the last hack you'll see from me in the next few weeks... ...as I'm taking my own time to reflect. (And relax. And eat. And open & give presents...) So happy holidays... ...and see you in a few weeks.
