Having a pipeline full of new business opportunities is cool. You know what's cooler? Obsessing over building solid relationships with all your current clients and consistently over-delivering. What's really helped us solidify this is identifying our Queen Bee Role "QBR". Any decisions we make are filtered through our QBR and set of core values. It's not just about alignment—it's about driving client lifetime value (LTV) as high as possible. We've even made bold moves like offering free services or directing clients to competitors if they're a better fit. Why? Because for us, it’s all about maximizing client satisfaction, not just filling our portfolio. If the term QBR is new to you, I'd recommend "Clockwork" by Mike Michalowicz. It’s transformed our approach, helping us prioritize what truly matters. Have you identified your business' QBR or main metric yet? How has it impacted your decisions?
