“We are very bullish.” I got to give a “AMEN” to that comment from our president, Ryan Witges, for his inspiring comment in the Summer 2024 edition of NAIOP Development Magazine. If you get a moment, check out the article below. It provides a great overview of who Agracel, Inc. is, our journey, Ryan’s leadership style, and some of the trends we see in the market. Founded in 1986, Agracel continues to evolve and adapt as market conditions shift. Ryan nailed it when he said: “Major challenges have included rising interest rates, increasing construction costs, longer lead times, and supply chain disruptions. Fortunately, Team Agracel has risen to the challenge successfully.” Jack Schultz, Dean Bingham, and Ryan have laid a strong foundation that allows our team to pivot when necessary and continue charge forward. We've developed buildings that perform for our clients, investors, and communities, but we are more than just buildings. We are a trusted partner in the #industrialrealestate development space, committed to building strong relationships and not forgetting our “why.” Bullish we are and I truly believe the best is yet to come! #nnn #capitalmarkets #buildtosuit #saleleaseback #cre https://lnkd.in/e_8beGYx

What sets our company apart from all others? No idea, but… What I can tell you, is that we are far from finished. In fact, it’s just the beginning and I’m proud to say that. Many times people/companies boast about who they are and what they have accomplished, but in reality they’ve become stale. Stale with what has worked in the past. Stale with what they have accomplished. Stale with who they have become. Don’t get me wrong, the success of those companies is great and I aspire to be there but GROWTH is what really lights my fire. Key ingredients for us are: People, goals, action and success! It’s why your environment matters. Surrounding yourself with good energy and problem solvers will make a world of difference. We have a long way to go and are excited to continue this journey! •Residential •Commercial + Healthcare •Land Acquisition #DodsonRealEstate #KP #Growth Dodson Real Estate Group, LLC

🚀 Independent real estate consultancy Hollis appoints Andy Hay as CEO, tasked with taking the company into its next phase of growth, as it targets raising its turnover in the next five years to £100M. Andy will take over from interim CEO Digby Flower, who since joining the business in September 2023, has been instrumental in setting Hollis on a successful path towards growth. Digby will now become Chairman for the company. “Over the years we have explored many ways of growing and pushing the business forward; my desire has always been to maintain our independence and put our people first. Switching to an employee-owned trust two and a half years ago was the first step of putting a succession plan in place that secured this independence. We already have a group of directors who are among the best in the industry at what they do; together with a new CEO and strategic directors who bring with them experience from outside of Hollis, they will be able to grow our business even further.” – John Woodman, Founding Partner, Hollis Read the full announcement and learn about other changes in the company's leadership in the article below. 👇 #realestate #PropTech #propertyconsultancy #ceo #leadership ---- 💡 Follow PropTech Connect for daily Real Estate news and insights.

Do you find success stories inspiring? I do. Here's one about how a successor to the founder of a landscape architecture firm guided the award-winning company through a period of rapid growth, taking the company from $9MM to $17 in just 2 years, with projections to reach $20MM this year. To what does Carroll Conway, President of Hoerr Schaudt, credit her success? Collaboration - with her fellow partners at the firm Collaboration - with her fellow CEO peer group members and group leader Execution - at the suggestion of those peer group members, she implemented the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to make sure things get done Read the short highlight here https://lnkd.in/gKj-purv

The greatest strength of a business is its people! People do amazing things, especially when they have a common goal/mission. So let me brag on my people for a second! Thanks to John A. Trenca, MBA, Chief Investment Officer at My Town Construction, in collaboration with his company Tre Fratelli Properties, we have successfully acquired one commercial property over the last few months, we are making great progress on closing our second acquisiton, and we just went under contract for another property! Now to put this in perspective, this will all have been accomplished over a 5-7 month period, with close to $1.1m in acquisitions and value being closer to 1.8m! 👏 Anthony Halligan, Chief Revenue Officer, has come in recently and has absolutely been a catalyst for our growth of My Town Construction! I feel weird even speaking on numbers, but I feel compelled to share about their abilities. Anthony has secured multiple six figures of new business and helped streamline our operations, within like two months of working with us! He is pushing us to be better, think better, and work more efficiently! 👏 Now I have numerous others I want to brag about and I will! But I’ll leave that for future posts to spare you the long read.. 😅 I want to be candid. My greatest fear is losing great people because of poor leadership. I put that on company ownership. I’m not scared of people leaving my companies, especially if it’s for the better of their families or themselves. Company culture should be predicated on taking care of people and giving them the tools and resources they need to succeed! I hope to continue to have the honor of working with great people! I’m not perfect, we are not perfect, but we certainly strive to get better everyday! So get you some people to do life with! Invest in them, treat them well, and give them an opportunity to shine in their roles! #yupitsthatsimple #dropyourego #letyourpeoplebebetterthanyou

Why are you doing it that way, Duke? You could just develop the real estate and move on to the next project. Why fund and operate all these small businesses? Well, sure, we could. But we want to do the best thing for the communities which means bringing the right business to the area right now instead of leaving it to fate. We want folks to see what we see in these neighborhoods - investment, inspiration and hope instead of blight and uncertainty. By involving partners within the community to help us identify potential business concepts, and create jobs, we’re shortening the time a storefront sits vacant and ultimately expediting the neighborhood transformation. So, when we talk about Dodson Companies, we’re talking about our family of companies. These companies may seem very different, but what they have in common is partners/leaders that share our core values, an emphasis on process, and a maniacal focus on the customer experience. There are quite a few of them now...more on those to come.

6moVery insightful. While I have known Agracel for many years now, I learned a lot more about the company and its philosophy in reading this article. It sounds like you are growing and taking care of your people in the process. Keep up the good work!
