Please donate to this amazing, local non-profit before 2024 ends! Your donation helps far more students experiencing developmental disabilities in post secondary to reach their dreams! With high tuition costs, access to higher education goals impact populations of folks who experience poverty most acutely. This includes #Indigenous #Metis and #FirstGeneration #PostSecondaryStudents #Immigrants #Refugees and more. Through the Integrated Post Secondary Society's invaluable programs, students' access to these dreams come to fruition. In addition, when we bring up the topic of inclusion, it involves seeing the barriers students face, outside of their student identity as pieces to be considered when we talk about support. The costs of being a post-secondary student in this country AND province are enormous. Food and housing insecurity are other considerations that need to be addressed and to provide enhanced access to. How are we tangibly supporting all aspects of student life, in order for students to not only survive, but also to thrive? Both surviving and thriving as a post secondary student are equally important. Donate today! #Inclusion #Access #TuitionAccessIsInclusion #IPSESA #PostSecondary #SurvivingAndThriving
IPSESA's work is truly transformational: together, we build more inclusive communities and support those with developmental disabilities in securing their rights to education and employment. Today is my #bEartDay and for most everyone else, it is #EarthDay. I received a text from the #JillStein2024 #GreenParty campaign. If you can donate to assure the Green Party attains #BallotAccess in most or every state to push an agenda that the majority of #Americans want and desperately need; as well as the rest if the world; please do so. That'd be the best bEarth Day present i could ask for! The #Greens are the only party who can challenge the #Democrats and #Republicans due to past success achieving this challenging goal, but #Biden and the #DNC are gunning for them with record spending, and the #GOP is gunning for others, to make this an even more expensive and challenging task than it already is. #HappyEarthDay! #Organize! #SpeakUp and #SpeakOut! https://lnkd.in/eyJ8pb8K

Modern Philanthropy/Fundraising is often unequal and ignores how our industry can perpetuate the injustices we are trying to solve. On National Day for Truth and Reconciliation join me in amplifying and contributing to Indigenous-led projects, movements, organizations and nations. One Day’s Pay is guided by The Circle on Philanthropy, a national Indigenous-led organization that works to transform the philanthropic sector to redistribute wealth, activate wisdom and strengthen organizational infrastructure for the purpose of Indigenous peoples, organizations, communities and nations.
Today is National day for Truth and Reconciliation, it's important to take time to listen to the invitation Indigenous Peoples have generously offered. Honour the missing and acknowledge the lasting impacts of residential schools. Take action - support an Indigenous-led organization by donating one day’s pay or what you can give today at onedayspay.ca

BradyPLUS This is truly commendable! Isn’t the act of spreading love a form of sustainable development? 🌍❤️ I believe that the act of sharing love is not just an emotional connection but also a reflection of social sustainability. When people share, help, and care for one another, they are building a more united and compassionate community. 🤝✨ This virtuous cycle not only fosters social harmony but also inspires others to take action, creating a ripple effect of positivity. 🌟 Sustainability is not only about resources and the environment but also about the support and understanding among people. By spreading love, we are, in essence, creating a sustainable social value system—one where everyone feels valued and is motivated to work together for a brighter future. 🌱💡
🍰 Our BradyPLUS Michigan team helped make the holidays a little sweeter for families in our community — we donated the pans and helped put together cake kits at the Holiday Food & Toy Distribution event hosted by FireKeepers Casino Hotel yesterday in Battle Creek, MI.

On Canada’s first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in 2021, One Day's Pay launched a grassroots movement calling on settlers and non-Indigenous people to recognize the tragic history and ongoing impacts of residential schools and to honour survivors, their families, and communities. Over the past three years, Canadians have raised nearly $750,000 for Indigenous-led projects, movements, organizations, and nations in response to this call to action. Guided by The Circle on Philanthropy, One Day’s Pay continues its mission to support Indigenous communities by transforming philanthropy and redistributing wealth. There’s still time to contribute to this important initiative! #OneDaysPay #NationalDayForTruthAndReconciliation #IndigenousLed #Philanthropy #SupportIndigenousCommunities #Reconciliation
