Dear HRs please hire the people on their Talent basis.. Nowadays everybody is looking for experience. If you don't have any experience,it feels like you have made any sins.. WHY ONLY EXPRINECE,WHY NOT FRESHERS... Every Fresher is also efficient. If you look into them you can find they are energetic, looking for a job to perform well, warm blooded for a job.. By giving them proper training they can do well. IF EVERYBODY WILL LOOK FOR EXPRINECE,WHERE THE FRESHER WILL GO...?? Is it curse being a fresher . For the same position you are offering to experience people 5/6/7/8/9/10LPA or more . but we fresher agree to work half of the salary given to them.. Fresher also ready to work in 1.8 LPA because they look to learn and gain experience rather than salry. Please consider fresher. This leads to unemployment much more better every year many people are getting passed out, consider them so that you can give a chance to new talent. #Hr #unemployed #indiagoverment #Education

My point of 👀 we can give one opportunity to prove themself as a fresher. Because we don't no who is skilled or not skilled, we Don't no who is responsible or irresponsible. So see skills and talents not experience. May freshers will get the workflow easily and experience vice-versa. so nothing we can't decide on before we give the chance to fresher. I can understand no one is ready to take risks for this. But still, we can consider freshers with skills. #freshersjob #freshersskills #talented

During my initial days at one of the firms I worked with, I overheard a senior comment “We haven’t opened a training institute. We are not sitting here to train him”. Apparently, he had interviewed a candidate who had mentioned the reason to join the company as “Have keen interest in banking and want to learn it while working in the role”. And it makes me think, if all hiring manager starts to think the same way, nobody will hire freshers. So, how will freshers enter the job market. The hiring managers who make such comments should realize that they were once a fresher and a company had trusted them with a role. For entry level roles, we need to do away with the obsession with prior work experience and instead trust freshers. Work experience is not everything and there is nothing that cannot be learnt while working.

Hi, Linkedin family🌟 “Today, while applying for some positions, I reflected on a crucial topic: why freshers deserve opportunities beyond just customer support roles.” Entering the job market can be incredibly challenging for freshers, especially when their options seem restricted to customer support roles. This trend raises a critical question: Why are companies hesitant to hire freshers for diverse positions and prioritize experienced candidates instead?🤔💭 Why freshers should get a chance🪁: 1) Freshers bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking, which can drive creativity and growth within an organization. 2) Young professionals are quick learners and highly adaptable to new technologies and approaches. 3) Hiring and training freshers can lead to long-term loyalty and alignment with the company culture and goals. A call to action for companies✍️: 1)Consider the potential and passion of freshers alongside experience. 2) Design job roles and descriptions that highlight growth opportunities for entry-level candidates. 3) Create strong training and mentorship programs to help freshers learn and grow.

I received over 300 #CVs for the open roles at Smarterminds. 👇 Here are some common mistakes I noticed, to avoid in your #application: ✒️ Copying your ChatGPT email with the line "Here is a formal email:" 📑 Forgetting to attach your CV 🔗 Adding links in the email body instead of in the attached CV (Many applications went to the junk folder because of this. Don't worry, I checked all of them, but you might not be so lucky with other companies) 👉 If you are a fresh graduate, I suggest to not apply for vacancies asking for years of experience or senior roles. Look for opportunities for freshers. This will prevent both you and the recruiter from wasting time. If you applied for any of our vacancies recently, rest assured we will contact you soon if your application has progressed to the next stage. #techrecruiter #softwaredevelopment #JobApplications #JobSearchTips #Recruitment #HiringProcess #CVTips #JobVacancies

Why Do Entry-Level Job Posts Require 1-2 Years of Experience? Let's Give Freshers a Chance! Starting a career is both exciting and daunting for fresh graduates. One major hurdle they face is the requirement of 1-2 years of experience for so-called entry-level positions. This paradox brings up a crucial question: if every job demands experience, how can freshers ever gain it? The Importance of Hiring Fresh Graduates 1. Fresh Perspectives: Fresh graduates bring new ideas, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn. Their adaptability and openness to new ways of thinking can be a huge asset to any company. 2. Skill Development: Essential skills are often developed on the job. By hiring freshers, companies can mold and train talent to meet their specific needs and culture. 3. Diverse Talent Pool: Restricting job opportunities to only those with experience limits the talent pool. Embracing freshers enhances diversity and inclusion within the workplace. A Call to Action for Recruiters As we strive for innovation and growth, we must not overlook the potential within the new wave of graduates. By offering genuine entry-level positions that welcome freshers, we invest in their future and the future of our industries. To all recruiters and hiring managers: let's give freshers a chance. Every experienced professional started somewhere, and your opportunity could be the first step in someone's remarkable career journey. Together, we can create a more inclusive and dynamic workforce. #CareerStart #EntryLevelJobs #HireFreshers #InclusiveWorkplace #FutureOfWork

Some companies only hire experienced candidates. They don't even give chance to fresh individuals. In my opinion, a person can overcome his/her weaknesses & limitations and can learn skills by working in a challenging environment. Education & skills should be given priority to freshers. No one can have experience without having job. It is the duty of HR professionals and guide management to set the prospective for fresher so that they can also find their stand in their dream companies. If you all agree then copy paste it on your feeds to bring change in the industry.
