Last week, our agent @jasonjaykruger and some of the Revo team watched as the old structure at The Meadows was demolished — a moment that's always exciting to witness on-site. 🚜 Located on Balintore Road in Rondebosch, work has officially begun on this development, which will feature a limited collection of six duplex homes in the heart of the Southern Suburbs. The Meadows reflects our holistic approach at Revo: from facilitating the site sale to the developer and securing the commercial lease tenant during the pre-development phase, to selling the homes to their future owners and contributing to the design and pricing process. We can’t wait to see The Meadows come to life.
