Knowing the strengths of your people and putting them in the right seat, that's a big, that's a big component of this survey, right? Just because you know, somebody can come in and interview really well and you feel like, oh, that's my best candidate. But then you plug them in and you put him in this role and it just doesn't work, right. But knowing that ahead of time, that's a big ad, right? If you can just get the right, That's what that's what excited me when I first heard about know your talents. I was working for a different organization that was having this revolving door and I remember. Some specifically saying get the right person in the right seat the first time.
