Had an incredible time attending Information Management Network (IMN), the Multifamily Leadership Innovation Summit, and the National Rental Home Council this past week! 🌟 These events were packed with insightful conversations, great connections, and key learnings. Here are my top three takeaways from each: 1️⃣ IMN Single Family Rental Conference The single-family space is brimming with optimism! We’re seeing strong indicators of expanded inventory and are thrilled about new logos adopting the Rently Listing Platform. Excited to see the continued growth in this space! Was also fantastic to hear we made the cover of REI INK Magazine! 🏡✨ 2️⃣ NRHC Dinner It was a pleasure connecting with new friends in the SFR Space. We had great discussions about technology and plenty of laughs over fun topics. (I tried my best as a Californian to keep the Texans happy with my definition of BBQ—jury’s still out! 😅). Also goodbye to David Howard and David Singelyn its been a pleasure having you both build the space and hard to see you both leave. Best to the both of you and thanks for all you have done for our industry. 3️⃣ Multifamily Innovation® Summit This event was buzzing with innovative technology presentations, particularly around AI. I was honored to share the stage and highlight how Willow Bridge Property Company leveraged Rently’s technology to increase tours by 35% and exceed their EOY occupancy goal by 160%! 🎉 Of course, the cherry on top was, right before I left for the airport, catching up with Marcia Bollinger from Apartments.com about the continued growth and integration partnership with Rently and @Homes.com. We’ve dubbed our meetings “My Minutes with Marcia B.”—because even though we only get a few minutes together, they’re packed with energy and ideas (and no, you cannot take the name!). A huge thank you to Mary Gwyn, CPM and Tom at Apartment Dynamics for being not only wonderful clients but some of the kindest and most thoughtful people in the business. Thanks to all the new friends at Synco, Flex, ResidentRadius, and @Blueprint for the wonderful hike!
