Can I tell you a story? ✨ Before I started regularly cold-pressed juicing, there were days when I could barely get out of bed for my alarm. I was anxiety ridden by all the tasks that I was required to complete by the end of the day. I felt like a shell of myself or that I was operating on “low power mode.” I hated that feeling. I’m the most confident in my being when I’ve been juicing regularly. It’s true when you cold-press juice and keep the juice RAW -not like the juices found in the grocery store- the magic happens. Your skin radiates and glows even if you still deal with the occasional acne flare up. Your body is more energetic and less stiff because you’re consuming anti-inflammatory ingredients. Your thinking is sharpened and you don’t experience brain fog. Real and raw cold-pressed juice contains almost 100% of the vitamins and minerals extracted from fresh whole fruits and veggies while keeping the essential amount of fiber and foregoing the rest to aid in absorption. Juicing literally gave me the building blocks my body needed to activate into my higher self and become the best version of me. Why am I sharing this? Because I hope that everyone can experience the changes I have just from eating a more well-balanced diet and juicing as much as I now do. I know that a lot of the people drawn to my content don’t necessarily have the time to juice because they are so busy conquering life and doing amazing things. For that reason juicing is a privilege. Some of my fav’s: 🍋 Slices of lemon or lime for a refreshing citrus twist. 🫐Blueberries or raspberries for a pop of antioxidants. 🥒 Cucumber for cooling hydration and elegance. 🌿 Mint, basil, or rosemary for a fresh, herbal boost. 🍉 Watermelon cubes for a subtle, refreshing sweetness. 🍏 Green apple slices for a crisp, tart flavour. And this can be added with any of the above. 🌊 A pinch of Celtic sea salt to replenish electrolytes and enhance absorption. Hydration can be more than a habit—it can be a treat! Aromatherapy Oils for Stress lavender, camomile, bergamot, rose, sandalwood, cedarwood, clary sage, lemon balm, frankincense Some lovely application ideas are: 1. Add 10 to 12 drops in total of your chosen essential oils in a cup of milk and pour it into a soothing hot bath, soak for about 15 minutes. Burn a pretty candle and enjoy a cup of tea! 2. Add 10 drops in total of your essential oils into 1 tablespoon of coconut, almond or olive oil. Keep the blend in a small container and rub a dash onto your wrists and backs of your hands as needed and inhale that calming scent. 3. Add 15 drops of your essential oils to a 50 ml spray bottle and top up with water. Shake it well and use it to mist your pillow before bedtime. Sweet dreams!

Herbal Snapshot - Violet's (Sororia spp) are one of the first flowers we see in the spring. The flowers make a lovely jelly, as well as decoration in salads, desserts, and drinks. How adding Herbs into your daily routine can improve your week. When we are overly stressed we tend to accomplish less, and work inefficiently.
