Get engaged 💍 with your super. One relationship you will never regret is the one you build with your superfund. It’s long term.

What would you say if you had all of your people leaders in one room? Yesterday, at our bi-annual offsite, our CEO took the opportunity to create clarity around Inclusive Leadership. Thank you to our guest speaker Jill Skromanis for sharing your expertise and personal stories. Here are a couple of the ways Jill suggests we can hold inclusive meetings: 🤝 Encourage others to contribute first when you hold positional power. 🤝 Provide options to contribute after the meeting. 🤝 Normalise questions and challenges. What makes you feel valued in a meeting? #Inclusion #Diversity #InclusiveLeadership #Leadership #SpeakUp
