At a time when some Seattle-area companies are mandating everyone return to the office, we celebrate the fact Fulcrum Group is 100% remote.
That's not to say our Fulcrum team doesn't value the importance of in-person collaboration and human connection. Collaboration and connection are the driving forces behind holding our regular all-company offsites.
Last week, the Fulcrum crew flew, ferried, and drove into downtown Seattle for our H2 FY24 confab. We took a moment to celebrate our growth and impact (so far) in 2024 but spent most of our time strengthening our processes for 2025.
I remain in awe at how impactful it is to huddle our team and spend a couple of days laser-focused on tackling complex challenges and hard problems.
Why are we so effective without daily, in-person interactions?
I firmly believe it is our Fulcrum core values and the team's commitment to them.
Our values are our (not-so) secret sauce.
Our values are what make Fulcrum authentic. (Well, that and our widely-known stance against committing Random Acts of Marketing!)
