Somehow, 2024 is almost over, and with the New Year around the corner, I find myself once again reflecting on those three seasonal spirits: the past, present, and future. We’ve now hit the three-year mark in business. Statistically, 45% of businesses don’t make it this far, so just reaching this milestone is something I’m incredibly proud of. The progress has been almost surreal. The momentum that we have created is beyond what I would have ever expected, and it builds in me a great curiosity and anticipation for what Sypher will become. This year has been an exciting one for us. We’ve found some great new clients, strengthened relationships with existing ones, and forged connections with some really interesting people. We’ve not only bolstered our foundations but also taken big steps toward evolution that will transform how we operate in 2025. Marketing is at the heart of what we do, but we’ve always aimed to go beyond, to explore new ideas and deliver something truly exceptional. As we round off another year, I’m filled with gratitude: for our team, who make it all happen, for our clients, who trust us with their visions, and for the opportunities we’ve had to push boundaries and make an impact. Here’s to closing 2024 on a high note and stepping into 2025 with purpose, ambition, and excitement. As we approach 2025, we recognise the extreme economic uncertainty our country is facing. Like many others, our sector is already experiencing the alarming impacts of the financial changes set to take effect next year. It’s a challenging and uncertain time for everyone. But if this year has taught us anything, it’s that we can achieve great things - even in the face of adversity. 2024 has been a milestone year for us. Looking back, we are incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished. This year, we celebrated our 20th anniversary, opened a new office on Hayling Island, and unveiled our all-new branding and website. While we often share our triumphs on social media, of which there have been plenty, what we don’t always share are the struggles we’ve faced behind the scenes. This year has tested us in many ways, but it has also shown the incredible strength, resilience, and unity of our team. Like any company, any team, or any individual, we’ve encountered our share of challenges. From health battles and legal proceedings to relationship breakdowns and financial hardships. Many of our team members have faced significant personal difficulties this year, yet through it all, we have supported one another and emerged stronger. As we look to next year, we do so with gratitude for what we’ve overcome and with confidence in our team’s ability to meet whatever challenges lie ahead. Together, we are ready. We stand strong.
