𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱: 𝗔 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁, 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 🚀✨ For every founder, dreamer, and aspiring entrepreneur out there — this one’s for you. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝘄, 𝙪𝙣𝙛𝙞𝙡𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: ▶️ Took a leap of faith to build my startup. ▶️ Founded my first venture, AIOxygen, with my college best friend, Akash kumar Singh. ▶️ Selected as a finalist (Top 4%) for 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 by Antler. ▶️ Conducted POCs with 5 clients but had to drop them as 𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗖 itself was still in an early PMF stage. ▶️ Shut down AIOxygen, and my co-founder parted ways due to family health issues. ▶️ Relocated overnight from 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗮 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 to be closer to the startup ecosystem. ▶️ Met my old friend Shakti Mani Tripathi, hustling on the same entrepreneurial journey, serendipitously via YC Co-founder Matching. ▶️ Started building a 𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 product for engineering teams to monitor productivity metrics. ▶️ Pivoted after realizing and verifying our thesis: “𝘖𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘙𝘐𝘎𝘏𝘛𝘍𝘜𝘓𝘓𝘠 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘳,” due to too many qualitative nuances. ▶️ Began building 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜, an AI agent for developers’ ad-hoc tasks. ▶️ Pivoted due to an overcrowded market. ▶️ Explored the 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 to develop an AI agent for procurement. ▶️ Pivoted again after realizing that deep domain experience was essential, which we lacked. ▶️ Started building Reflecc, an AI agent to automate business and operational workflows for organizations. ▶️ Built the 𝗠𝗩𝗣 𝗶𝗻 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, interviewed over 𝟱𝟬 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. ▶️ Secured 𝟯 𝗟𝗢𝗜𝘀 and collaborated with an agency. ▶️ Made it into Y Combinator 𝗧𝗼𝗽 𝟭𝟬% , but still faced 𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. ▶️ Realized we were going too horizontal with Reflecc and decided to focus on automating a 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻. ⏩ Now building an 𝗔𝗜 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 with a laser focus on automating Google 𝗦𝗘𝗢 via AI agents. Tried a lot, failed a lot, but most importantly, 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁! 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 — 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀.
