I attended UNLEASH America in Vegas last week. 🎉 This was the second conference the Hirefly team has attended in as many months. We only had a startup kiosk, but there was no shortage of foot traffic and great conversations. 🚶♂️💬 The buzz around efficiency and cost-cutting was undeniable. 💡💰 It seems like every leader we spoke with was looking for something that would either 1️⃣ increase their team's efficiency or 2️⃣ cut costs without sacrificing quality. Over the last couple of months, I’ve been doing a lot of shouting (internally) about something I dubbed TTC - Time To Candidate. ⏱️ But who cares about reducing time to candidates if they aren’t qualified? 🤔 At Hirefly, TTC evolved into TQC (Time to Qualified Candidate) and also moved beyond just being something I shout about; it’s become a core competency woven into the fabric of our product development. 🧵 We understand the pressures Talent Teams face to deliver exceptional results within tight deadlines. It's something I've been meaning to do for a long time - And an email today reminded me of this. So I got an email in the afternoon today. "Invitation from an unknown sender" I realised it's from topmate.io and got confused as I thought I had stopped the bookings. I politely refused on the same email and then opened my Topmate account, to check why I'm still receiving this 1-1 calls. Glanced over the "Top 1%", felt good. Read some old testimonials, then suddenly remembered that I had planned to do webinars instead of 1-1 calls. So here we are. A month end Product Management discussion. It will be less of a "How to guide" and more of a "Sharing the passion of building products". Would invite you to join me.
