Our new Knight Frank report on the London new homes market is out now! All you need to know on residential development in the capital... London house prices have returned to growth, rising 2% annually at the end of the third quarter. However, housing supply remains severely constrained, with new starts at record lows due to rising costs, labour shortages, and planning delays. Currently, there are 41,000 homes being built across the capital at varying stages of construction, a long way off the Mayor's new target for 80,000 homes to be delivered per year.
