🚀 As we continue to grow at High Five, I’m currently in the market for the best talent acquisition tools. Sourcing talent is a core service that we offer our customers. ✨ We're looking to build out a tool stack that can significantly boost our efficiency and effectiveness. A couple key features that are important for us: ▪ Automating/bulk outbound ▪ Talent pool management ▪ Integrated ATS ▪ Collaboration Currently, we've been managing our workflows through Airtable and LinkedIn, but we're ready to level up. We've already taken a look at: ▪ Gem ▪ Hireez ▪ Workable ▪ Greenhouse Each of these platforms has its strengths, but we're open to other suggestions. Keep in mind, since we’re almost entirely sure we’re going to need LinkedIn RPS (pricey), any additional tools we add to the stack need to be cost-effective. 🤔 What talent acquisition tools have you found indispensable in your recruiting efforts? 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ◽ Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment strategies for the Japan project. ◽ Manage candidate's experience through effective communication, updates, and feedback throughout the recruitment process. ◽ Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, HR team, and project managers to understand hiring needs for the Japan project. ◽ Assist in creating a talent pool and pipeline for future hiring needs. ◽ Prepare reports and provide updates to the HR and recruitment teams on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics. ◽ Ensure recruitment practices are aligned with Japanese labor laws and company policies. 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 ◽ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ◽ 2+ years of experience in recruitment or recruitment coordination, preferably in Japan or for Japan-based projects. ◽ Experience with full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding is preferred. ◽ Excellent communication skills in Japanese (native or business level) and English (verbal and written). ◽ Knowledge of Japan’s labor laws and employment practices is a plus. ◽ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
