We were doing the math is like if if we could just pay half the mortgage by renting out bedrooms or by doing a duplex, triplex or fourplex because you have a cash flowing asset that is appreciating and the mortgage is going down over time. The rents is going up over time and the value of the property is going up over time. And it's kind of funny that with the the magic that is real estate, we actually ended up paying all of the mortgage within like a year of renting out a couple of rooms and so. I don't know where people would define financial freedom, but 5 or 6 years ago we started living for free just by renting out by the room.
