Home buyers looking for their first home tend to get into a rut, thinking about how great that first home will be, so much so, that they sometimes become unrealistic about what their home is going to look like for that budget that they set. I encourage any first time buyer (even Every buyer!) to make a list of the "MUST HAVES" and "NICE TO HAVE" or "WANTS". Any home that checks all of these "MUST HAVE" boxes will work. The more "wants" that we can also check, the more of contender the home is, whether they realize it or not. It's important to keep this in mind while home shopping. No Home Is Going To Be Perfect! But you can make it more perfect for you over time. That's what ownership is all about!!
