Hey guys, Scott Solari here with Real Sync and welcome back to another episode of Real Tech Talk. It's been a minute. Today I'm going to answer. Other question of how to evaluate your tech, especially now that right at the end of the year, going into the new year, what you should be looking at looking for to make sure that you're maximizing your technology and what you're spending. So stay tuned. So I'm going to talk a little bit about today about. The the health of your technology and your business and how to evaluate your technology. So obviously it's the end of the year. Happy holidays everybody. Probably, you know, setting your goals for 2025 and, and working on, you know, your business goals. We've already done that here at Real Sync. We were in Austin earlier in the month, you know, outlining our road map and setting our sales goals, our support and services goals, our development goals. And you know, everything dialed in, but also one of the things that we look at and I look at is my technology. And you know, I evaluate that like all the different tech solutions that I'm using in our business to to support real estate agents. So it's something you should be doing too. And some of the things I ask myself is art one. You know, is there anything we can cut and save, save a little money, right that we're not using two. I also look at them in a sense of are we maximizing this solution to it's, you know, it's full capacity or at least 80% if it's something that we need to keep and keep using in our business. So making sure that we are utilizing that technology tool, right? And, and then also looking for new technology to bring into the tech stack and. You know, integrate it into what we're doing, right. So those are the things that I'm always looking at and that you should be too. And if you have questions about technology, you know, again, like I'm talking to a real estate teams and agents all day long and, you know, learning a lot from them. And so I'm kind of a a catalyst for that information. So if you want to jump on a call, I'm more than happy to go through your technology with you and what you're using and and then go over recommendations and things that I'm seeing in the industry. So, yeah. So my suggestion is take a step back for a minute, evaluate all the different technology solutions and software that you're using in your business. Cut what you can and maximize all the other tools and then add some new ones that can help again, make things more effective in your business and of course, ultimately help the bottom line.
