Every generation will also pick holes in the next generation coming up. I remember the millennials taking a bashing. I don’t think GenZ are lazy, they are just not accepting the long hours and poor work life balance that past generations have thrived for. WFH is seen as a lazy option, but most people work better from home and it allows them to spend quality time with family and friends which in turns leads to a happier person, which can only be good for their work place. I am a millennial and seeing a better work life balance has been amazing, it’s great to see the kids growing up and not missing out on it
