🚀 New Episode of the #WeeklyBeaz! 🚀 This week, we're diving into an exciting topic: "How can managers leverage principles of behavioural economics to influence positive change?" 💡 A big shout-out to our partners at Outokumpu, with whom we’ve collaborated for over nine years! Together, we've built a Human Performance Academy that's driven remarkable results, helping leaders influence positive behaviour across the organisation. In today’s episode, we're sharing a framework we developed called STEAM, which outlines five key principles to enhance influence: S - Make it Social: People follow social cues. 🛍️ T - Make it Timely: Timing is everything. Don’t ask for a pay rise just after your manager slams the office door! ⏰ E - Make it Easy: The simpler the task, the more likely people will engage. Ease leads to action. A - Make it Attractive: Show what’s in it for them—motivate through opportunities and benefits. 🎯 M - Choose the right Messenger: The best influence might not come from you. Sometimes it’s about finding the right voice for the message. 🌍 These principles are game-changers, and we’re proud of the results we’ve seen through our work with Outokumpu! If you’re interested in learning more about how you can drive collaborative performance through STEAM, feel free to reach out! Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and see you next week on the #WeeklyBeaz! 🎙️ 👉 Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more weekly insights on leadership, business growth, and professional development. 🔔 Watch all episodes of the #WeeklyBeaz on our YouTube channel here: https://bit.ly/3VFzq2e #WeeklyBeaz #The6Way #Leadership #BehaviouralEconomics #Influence #STEAM #HumanPerformance #Teamwork #Management #Coaching

If constant consumption and feeling like you need to read one more book or listen to one more podcast and then you’ll be ready to launch, grow, scale is you…….. Then you might be suffering from perfectionism, which is a fancy and sneaky form of procrastination. And when you procrastinate, what you’re really saying to yourself is: ‘If I take a little more time to gather more information, then I don’t have to actually put myself out there and then there will be NO risk of failing’. Thinking you need to ‘learn’ more is a trick. You don’t. It’s counter productive. It’s not strong leadership and it’s not really keeping you comfortable and safe. Even though it feels that way. Constantly wanting to ‘learn’ more does nothing to push you forward toward what you really want. 🚀 Success and growth comes from drawing a line in the sand and STARTING. Tackling new things, taking some risks and bravely facing what is scaring the sh$!t out of you. That’s leadership. That’s success. 💫 Take the next step and snag ‘The Legacy Leadership Guide’ & my top 3 ‘Must Do’s’ to stop procrastinating, start taking action and elevate your business, your leadership and your life! 👇 https://lnkd.in/gzWvhS_T _________________________ I’m Julie Cober, Founder & CEO of The LEGACY Leadership Academy for Women, Leadership Coach & Success Mentor, Best Selling Author, Speaker and Former Fortune 100 CHRO Want to see more posts from me? ⤵️ ✅Follow 👉@juliecobercoaching 🔔 Ring the bell on my profile
