👉🏻 In 2024, more than 22,000 apartments were sold in Tbilisi within 7 months. 🔷 In total, apartments worth 1,708,500,000 US dollars were sold in the period of January-July 2024, which is an increase of 1.9% in annual terms. 💸 According to the research, 3.2% fewer apartments were sold in 7 months than in the same period of 2023, and the decrease was due to a decrease in sales in the secondary (real estate sold by an individual owner) market, while on the contrary, a 1.1% increase was observed in the primary market. ✔️ During this period, the most apartments were sold in Didi Digomi, and the least - in Mtatsminda district. #real #estate #apartment #sales
