Mason came to us with two issues: 1. His left foot kept sliding off the foot support because his left leg does not bend as much due to a rod in his femur. 2. The foot support tubes were causing irritation to his calves. We were able to solve these problems by: 1. For his left foot, we provided a depth- and angle-adjustable footplate to provide better support. 2. To help keep his feet on the footplates, Neoprene Covers were supplied. 3. If your goal is to make your butt look more rounded and firmer, you need to learn how to do an RDL (Romanian Deadlift) properly. Plain and simple: for the glute to work for its primary function as a hip extensor, it MUST wrap around the pelvis. This cannot ❌ take place with legs spread out because the adductors will be doing the work instead. Want nice glutes that can be built faster and more efficiently? Follow these instructions: 1: Feet under the hips and pointing straight. 2: Full foot pressure (AKA don’t shift body weight to heels). 3: Ribcage stacked over the pelvis.

When it comes to safety, there are no shortcuts in the roofing industry. These are the 3 points to adjust and ensure a proper fit for your harness every time to stay safe on the job: ✅ Inspect your harness before each use (e.g., check buckles and webbing). Adjust the chest strap so that it is snug and located near the middle of your chest. If you fall, a properly adjusted chest strap will prevent you from coming out of the harness. ✅ Adjust the leg straps so that your fist can fit snugly between the strap and your leg. ✅ Adjust the shoulder straps so that the back D-ring rests between your shoulder blades.
