M&P Express Logistics I've lost $20,000 just because of your i-9 islamabad office staff negligence. My package (which is a product sample) is there since 26-Sep-2024 and i've called the support almost 10 - 15 times and each time they say "tomorrow", "tomorrow", "tomorrow". They gave me the contact # of your i-9 office incharge +92 316 0020423. He didn't picked up. Then I send him whatsapp. He gave me back the customer support # although i told him that i already called there 10 - 15 times. And because of all this shit, today, the client (to whom that product sample needed to go) refused to give me the order. I am enclosing the screenshot of the chat with your i-9 islamabad office incharge on whatsapp. And if I want, I can also upload the recordings of those 10 - 15 calls that I made to customer support but I believe that the incharge is responsible for managing the team so I won't say that's their mistake. Corporate life is tough. But you know what’s soft? Crumble cookies. Warm. Gooey. Paired with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍪🍨 Here's the real tragedy: I'm stuck in Lahore for a while, which means no more of those heavenly cookies. 😭 As an HR and Business Development Manager, I totally get the struggle—finding and securing the right employees or clients is just as tough as chasing down these elusive cookies. Whether it's a candidate walking away, geography getting in the way of dessert, or a client deal slipping through my fingers, life can be rough. But hey, persistence pays!
