People do business with People: Whether you're just starting out or have been in the game for over a decade, this principle holds true. By sharing personal stories, photos, and videos of your work, you create a connection that can significantly boost client engagement. Now, you might be thinking, "I post about my business all the time, but it doesn't help." If that's the case, it’s likely that your approach needs tweaking. Posting content isn’t enough if it's not strategic and engaging. Here are some crucial questions to ask yourself: Community Engagement: Are you active in local Facebook groups where your ideal clients hang out? Showcasing Your Work: Are you documenting your before and after projects and sharing these transformations with your audience? Adding Value: Do your posts help solve problems or add value for your target audience? Daily Interaction: Are you connecting with 50-100 new people daily on Facebook? Local Presence: Do you participate in local groups to discuss and showcase your business? Consistent Posting: Are you sharing stories, photos, and updates at least three times a week? If you answered NO to any of these questions, then you need to fix that. And if your answer is YES to all, let's chat and get on a free consultation call.

Why do we tell our business story on LinkedIn? Because it's a platform that celebrates professional growth, innovative ideas, and most importantly, authentic stories. Here on LinkedIn, we're not just selling a product or a service. We're sharing genuine experiences, challenges overcome, and lessons learnt along the journey. Our business story helps to humanise our brand, allowing our network to understand our 'why'. And it's not just about gaining visibility or generating leads - although beneficial, these are secondary outcomes. It's about building meaningful connections, fostering trust, and creating a supportive community. By sharing our story, we open the door for others to relate, engage and share their own experiences. We inspire and get inspired, we learn and educate, and help make the business world a little more collaborative each day. So next time you think about your LinkedIn content strategy, consider the power of your own business story. It might just be what someone needs to hear.

In my business, its all about helping people succeed in their own digital business, by becoming an action - taker with our community. Its not about bugging family and friends; however, it is about connecting with our warm market. HOW DO WE DO THAT? 1. Connect with people you already know. 2. Attract customers you already have a connection with. 3. Make a list of people who are interested in what you offer. 4. Build and nurture relationships with them. 5. Be genuine and stay up-to-date. 6. Share useful information. 7. Make the most of your current followers. 8. Keep your audience engaged. 9. Follow up without being bothersome.

Two years ago, I didn’t think I needed an online community. I thought, "How can a few followers really make a difference?" 🤔 Then, I realized something—it wasn't about numbers; it was about relationships 💕. I decided to build a community, not for sales, but for connection 📈. And everything changed! Here's What I've Learned: Having a smaller, tight-knit community of people who love what you do and engage with you is more valuable than thousands of disengaged followers 🤩. It's the trust, feedback, and genuine connections that fuel growth 🔥. When people feel connected, they become your advocates 📢. They'll share your story, passion, and business with others 🤝. Your community then grows organically, not because of flashy marketing, but because of authentic relationships 💯. Building a community is not just for big brands; it's for everyone 🌎. It's how you build trust, loyalty, and ultimately, success 🏆. Why Invest in Community Building? 🤔 1️⃣ You build trust and credibility 💯. 2️⃣ Your customers become loyal advocates 📢. 3️⃣ It adds value to your customer experience 🎉. 4️⃣ It gives your business a personality and a voice 🗣️. 5️⃣ You position yourself as an expert in your field 💼. Community is a support system 🤝. It's the foundation of relationships—and that's what businesses thrive on 💕. Take Action! Have you started building your online community? 🤔 If not, now's the time ⏰. How do you want to start your community today? Let's chat in the comments! P.S. LinkedIn—the place where professionals connect, businesses grow, and your inbox sometimes feels like a carnival game where everyone's trying to win your attention. 🎯 I’ve heard from a friend while having a discussion that some people get pretty grumpy about receiving messages here. But honestly, isn’t that what we’re all here for? To connect, learn, grow, and—dare I say it—do business? I mean, it’s not like we’re on a social platform... oh wait, we are! So, here’s a little tip: if someone’s messaging you, maybe take a deep breath, sip your coffee, and remember that they’re just trying to do their job—just like you. If you’re not interested, a simple "No, thanks" works wonders. And who knows? If you give their pitch a glance, you might actually find something that makes you say, "Wow, that’s exactly what I need!" Let’s keep it professional, but also remember to keep it human. Have an amazing day!

Most times, the sole reason businesses thrive is because they've built strong relationships with their customers via online communities. The owners know their customers by name, understand their needs, and go above and beyond to meet them. In return, customers become loyal advocates, recommending their favorite businesses to friends and family. This is to show that building a sense of community is crucial for any business growth. It's no longer enough to just sell a product or service, businesses need to create a connection with their customers. You prioritize your community engagement by: 📍Responding to customer feedback and comments on social media, just like a friendly shop owner would chat with customers in their store. 📍Hosting webinars, events, or meetups to connect with customers in person. There's more! Watch this space for how to build an online community. __________ If you need help building a thriving online community.
