Rafn Company’s Post

It's spooky season and today we are taking a look back at the historic (and supposedly haunted👻) Cadillac Hotel in Seattle's Pioneer Square! The building was set to be demolished after sustaining damage from the 2001 Nisqually earthquake, but Historic Seattle stepped in with a plan to preserve the building, bringing in Rafn to carry out the construction. Originally built in 1889 on the ashes of the Great Seattle Fire, there have been many paranormal reports on the property. According to Ghost City Tours, the most well known paranormal activity is of a crying woman and child who can be heard throughout the hotel, especially at night... Creepy! Today, the hotel is home to the National Park Service's Klondike Gold Rush National Historic Park.
